My thoughts these days have been filled with appointments, to do lists, calendars, homework, planning, laundry, meal prep and grocery shopping and trying really hard to enjoy each day. Time is still moving too quickly and I long for more moments...more patience...more time.
Tyler, Abby and Grace have settled in to the routine of school. I am so proud of how they have been able to bounce out of summer mode and be on board for early bedtimes, homework and getting up early. They are doing a better job than I have been! We have started nursery school and although we do not have many children this year, we have a really nice group and have gotten off to a good start. Murray is getting ready to write one more exam, and with that he will be done. He has worked so hard and I can't wait for him to have the validation and certification he needs to continue to do the job he does so well.
Fall is my favorite season and I am welcoming some cooler weather and am enjoying the idea of spending more time at home, eating soup and chili, baking and watching movies. Grace is excited about going for walks in the crunchy leaves and so am I! We may venture to the local corn maze next weekend...I think that would be a great fall activity...before they turn it into the Halloween Haunt!
Life is good...time for bed!
