As ready as I was for summer vacation to begin, now I just can't believe it is here. We still have to make our list of things to do and make some plans for our holiday but, for now we have the luxury of time and I am so incredibly grateful!
Today I piled away the leftover work I had from Tuesday.....I will get to it at somepoint.....and spent my time making a special chocolate cake to celebrate with the girls when they got home....definitely time well spent! I got some grass cut, planted the rest of the tomatoes and red cabbage and cleaned out the vaccum.
Murray came home from his trip up north, I will sleep good tonight:)
We had a wonderful supper at Santa Lucia Pizza in Winnipeg and watched Free Willy #4 on Netflix when we got home.
Tomorrow I will sleep in and then enjoy coffee on the patio.
It will be awesome.....
