Tuesday morning and Murray has gone back to work...we miss him already! It is hard to believe the two weeks went so fast, but we had a great time and I am really working on focusing on the adventure and not feeling sad that it is over. We were very blessed to be able to travel together and share so much time at home...getting some stuff cleaned up and sorted and moving the bedrooms around. It feels 'lighter' in the house and I am definitely motivated to keep cleaning and finish a few more projects before August is over.
Last night I reminded myself that work can wait, I am on holidays and I shouldn't be spending time and energy worrying about things I need to do for the nursery school. When it is time to go back I will be ready and will get things done then...summer is short enough!
Today we will hopefully get dressed at some point...it is 10:30 and we are still in our pjs!...do some shopping, keep organizing, play in the sprinkler and maybe scrapbook a bit. I am so grateful for our air conditioning as it is finally summer outside and I am loving that Grace is making her own breakfast!
