Another cancelled school day...what a nice surprise! The kids are thrilled and so am I. Time at home in our little corner of the world with no expectations or committments is always my favorite way to spend a day. Plans for the day include Lego, playing school, cleaning and organizing some bedrooms upstairs (badly needed!), playing outside and making cookies. I also need to figure out how and when I am going to get ready for nursery school next week! After three weeks off I feel ready to go back, but I haven't made it in to set up the room.
We have had to adjust our plans for staff appreciation at HTS since the school has been closed for two days now. We are just shifting things around and with everyone working together things just seem to fall into place and work out. I am glad that I am a part of PAC...I have made some new friends and learned alot about the school. Next year I am looking forward to just being a member and letting someone else be chair.
Off to get some coffee and get the Lego started!
