Our Saturday is off to a great start....little bit of a sleep-in, hot coffee with carmel-vanilla creamer and some quiet time on the laptop. The kids are all watching some tv and life is good!
I am taking an on-line course with the very talented Ashley Wren, working to inspire myself to 'Love myself in 2009'. She is challenging us to focus on our goals, be accountable and make some real changes in our life. I am up for the challenge!!
This year I am going to work hard to stay focused on my priorities and blessings and really try to find balance and joy. I am going to be gentle with myself..... say goodbye to self-doubt and guilt....embrace confidence....and make room for the positive energy. I am ready to make time for myself. I am ready to exercise again. I am ready to love myself!
I am going to scrapbook my goals and add them to my binder today.
My guiding word for 2009 is going to be GROWTH because I can feel alot of growing coming for me and my family.
Off to enjoy some more coffee and a chat with Murray....cheers to a great weekend!
