Christmas comes and goes so fast....I am so glad that I didn't go overboard or stress over details that really didn't matter. What does matter is that we have had a great week of family time, pjama days, junk food, playing games, outside time and general relaxing and being together. The kids were excited with their presents and loved all the magic of Christmas. It has a been a great holiday and I am looking forward to another week to come.
Today Papa came and made the kids a snow hill so they had a great time playing and sliding down. Grace is now old enough to walk up the hill herself with her sled...quite a relief for me, it gets very tiring carrying her up all the time!...and it was great to see her so excited and having so much fun. We ended the day with a bonfire and more sliding in the dark... it was so much fun to see how excited the kids were to be on the hill in the dark. After everyone had a bath we watched Wall-E and ate popcorn (Grace had 2 bowls!). It was a great night to end off a great day.
