The end of school is fast approaching and I can't wait! The kids are looking forward to planning the days and relaxing. We don't have any specific plans as of yet which is nice, we are just going to do some day trips, swimming, sleeping in, movie parties, getting together with friends....that kind of stuff!
I think summer is when I really appreciate being a SAHM the most...no worries about where the kids will go during the day, knowing that their schedule is my schedule. I love being with them and not having that extra stress is wonderful. Time is going way too fast and I love that I get the time with them.
I finished up my volunteering in Abby's class yesterday...wow...those kids are growing up so fast. Grade 3 is just around the corner, hard to believe!
Today will be a slow paced day for Grace and I at home. I am going to try to get started on the teacher's thank you cards and come up with something creative for supper!
The sun is shining a bit through the clouds...it should be a great day!
